Inspection made and inquest attended. This accident occurred in a double road where a shot had been fired on each side for roofing down and while they were engaged clearing the debris from the shots a portion of the face of the kench came away from a slip severely injuring deceased. He succumbed to the injuries received December 4th at the Wigan Infirmary.
