- Deceased was stepping over a rope attached to a horse, when it suddenly was raised owing to the horse moving forward, and he was struck on the leg. He worked for a week, and when examined by a Doctor on December 13th, a small septic wound was found between the knee and ankle. An abscess formed and was opened, but he died from exhaustion due to blood poisoning on 19th April, 1908.
