In getting off the hopper house on to the travelling ram hopper at the bye-product ovens, his sleeve got caught in a set screw in a collar in a shaft and he was pulled on to the shaft and whirled round twice and in coming against some projecting timber his spine was fractured. Died in Hospital September 24th.
