Deceased attended on the bricklayers who were engaged in the erection of a washery. His duties were to carry the bricks from a scaffold 25ft from the ground to the bricklayers. The bricks were raised in a box to this scaffold by means of a steam crane and in landing a load the craneman an in the box so recklessly that the supports of the scaffold gave way and scaffold fell carrying him with it.
