Died September 10. Fall of back at which forms the roof of the Metal Band. Deceased was engaged on the extraction of a pillar of coal as it is termed in Cumberland robbery working. The place was examined by officials in accordance with the Act and there was timber near but there appeared to be some delay in making use of it.
