Deceased had taken two full tubs from an inbye flat and had left one full one, unlockered, in the flat. After taking his tubs away he did not set the stop-block at the entrance to the flat, which was the top of an incline. A putter brought another up to the flat and both then ran down the incline. The overtook deceased and he was fatally crushed.
