A train of full tubs was being drawn out of a siding by a rope when the last tub became derailed. The deceased was in a refuge place above but crossed the road to the other side, where the signal wires were fixed, to signal for the engineman to be stopped. Whilst he was signalling the derailed tub turned on its side and fatally crushed him.
