Details of Event
He was filling dirt into a tub which was standing on a road dipping 1 in 6. The tub was half full and had two lockers in. Deceased wanted to lower the tub a little and, not being able to push it, when in front of it took out the front wheel locker. The tub ran away and deceased was crushed against a prop. He died from his injuries a month later.
