Inspection made and inquest attended. He apparently was pulling at the bottom tub on a slight incline to get the gang of tubs to run down which were attached to a single mile. It is supposed the tub he was pulling at became unhooked from the one in front and it overcame him and forced him downhill until he was crushed against a low bar.
