Deceased was taking an empty tub into a stall when the tub got derailed. He got in front with his back to the tub, and was lifting while the horse was pulling, when a bar fell on the horse causing it to plunge a little, and deceased was crushed between the bar (which fell across the road) and the tub, receiving internal injuries from which he died four days later. The bar which fell had a prop at one end only but was considered quite secure. How it was displaced is not known, but probably the deceased had hold of the bar with one hand while with the other he held the tub and lifted.
