While he was bending down to remove some dirt obstructing the wheels of a timber trolley that he was taking towards the stalls a small quantity of dirt fell from the roof 8 feet above and front between the steel girders. One of his ribs wits fractured and bronchitis supervening the injury proved fatal on August 25th.
