In roadway whilst repairing. Drawer reported to collier that the balance box caught a prop, and had to be wriggled past Deceased took a saw and a pick there were two saw marks on the prop, and wood from between these marks had apparently been chipped out with the pick whilst so using the pick the prop gave way, letting down a slab stone on to him.
