Deceased was taking a full tub from the face, down a gate-road 70 feet long to a cross level. The inclination varied from 1 in 5.5 to 1 in 7, and he was provided with two scotches. He was found pinned between the tub and the low side of the level, and had evidently been going in front of his tub, in contravention of General Regulation (26).
