At face, coal and clod, 7ft. by 4ft by 6 ins. thick. Deceased, having removed a sprag which had been set against a face slip, was attempting to pull down the coal, when it and the overlying clod fell and fractured his spine. He died on Sept. 22nd. Seven Feet seam.
