- Fall of roof on road, cliff, 16ft. by 5ft. by 2ft thick fell on deceased as they were replacing a rail, which the last tram taken out had displaced. The roof was strong and the part that fell was quite unsupported. On one side of the stone was a well-defined slip, which with an impersistent smooth above caused the fall.
