- Fall of coal from the face of a Barry working in the Old Coal Seam which is about 6 feet thick with a parting in the middle. He had worked out the bottom coal 15 inches to 18 inches with sprags against the top coal he had removed the sprags and was bringing down the top coal when the fall occurred.
