Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased after unloading timber from a waggon on the empty road under the screens, went to uncouple it and when attempting to get out between the buffers of the two waggons, two other waggons were lowered by the waggon lowerer against the eight waggons standing there and deceased was fatally crushed between the buffers.
