Fall of roof on road; while about to set a prop at the corner of a stall road, where a small fall had occurred on the morning of the accident, a thin bed of roof collapsed for a distance of 7 yards, and a width of 2.5 yards, and killed him. The roof was entirely unsupported, and so thin a bed should have been taken down, if not timbered. Seven Feet Seam. Safety lamps.
