Deceased was carrying five bricks over a plank, 18ft. long, 11ins. wide and 7ins thick, when it broke and he fell to the ground, a distance of 5.5ft. He died on October 8th from haemorrhage of the stomach and subsequent anaemia. Post mortem examination revealed cirrhotic liver and kidneys.
