- Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased was working on a ledge in the quarry with a rope round him. He came to the top to speak to the foreman they talked together for several minutes and the foreman turned away when deceased in returning to his place on the ledge fell to the quarry bottom a distance of 30 feet.
