Deceased was found lying on his back unconscious in his working place and died in a few minutes. He had been seen a quarter of an hour before and was then all right. No evidence of any accident. Inquest held and post mortem examination made from which it appeared death was due to syncope from a diseased heart and not from any accident or violence and so the jury found.
