Crushed by tub against roof. Riding in an empty waggon, one of a train of 24 being drawn by a main and tail haulage rope, travelling 1.25 miles per hour. Only 4 inches clearance from top of waggon. Probably deceased's attention was taken from looking forwards by his looking at side pulley just before he got to the low place. Died 27th.
