Working at the face of a dip place had put a rail across the road resting against two props to hold up his two full tubs, another collier in a higher place brought two other full tubs and two empty ones against the two tubs of deceased, giving no warning, these extra tubs caused the rail to give way so that all the tubs ran on to deceased at work getting coal.
