He was bringing full tram out on a heading about 40 yards behind another haulier when by some means he fell under the tram. The gradient was from 1.5 inches to 2 inches to the yard the heading was from 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 6 inches high and to 6 ft to 9 feet wide. The other haulier did not hear anything and could not account for it.
