Deceased was underneath some trucks standing in a siding either examining them or passing from one side to the other a train of fourteen loaded trucks was pushed into the siding and buffered against the standing trucks as he was in the act of crawling out. The impact caused the standing trucks to move a short distance and one of the wheels passed over his legs causing injuries to which he succumbed two hour afterwards.
