Details of Event
Deceased and another were loading and trimming road metal in one of a long train of trucks at a loading bank. Owing to intervening buildings and a curve in the road they could not be seen from the locomotive. When the train started the two men tried to get out upon the loading bank. Deceased fell and was crushed against an overhanging scaffold. He died three hours afterwards.
