Run over by a full tub being the first tub of a train of two drawn by a horse. The rivet connecting the limmers to the cotter pin came out and detached the horse from the tubs. From the position of the body it is supposed that deceased was riding on the shafts when the pin came out and allowed him to fall in front of the tub. Riding with full tubs was prohibited in the mine.
