Inspection made and inquest attended. He was pushing at the side of an empty railway waggon towards the screens. Whilst doing so four other waggons were lowered from siding which buffered into the one he was pushing and knocked the waggon away from his hand and he fell under the waggon and was fatally crushed. The regular waggon lowerer shouted to him the waggons were coming but deceased apparently did not hear him.
