Deceased was found lying under the front end of a full tub which he had been bringing out from the face. He lay across the ends with his neck upon the right hand rail and the buffer against it, and was dead, his neck having been dislocated. There appeared to be little doubt that deceased was riding upon the tail chains, in contravention of General Regulation 25 (a), as he was seen to be in front of the tub "when he left the stall, and it is probable that his head came in contact with a bar just beyond a door which he had just passed through and near which he lay.
