In working place, fall 15 feet long by 18 feet wide, 5 feet thick. Two chocks and two props under the fall. There was a loud crump and on the working face side of the chocks a pronounced break; on the other side was a distance of 10 feet without support. It was this absence of support which caused the fall pulling over the chocks to the break. (Roof bad).
