Deceased and a repairer were examining an old pair of timbers, the collar of which the latter had been endeavouring to lever off, when the collar sprang off the arms, owing to side pressure, and a general collapse occurred. Cliff, 15 feet by 5 feet by 2 feet thick, fell discharging one pair of timber, and burying deceased.
