Crushed between a railway truck and wharf wall while cleaning railway. A locomotive engine was sending trucks into different roads by running shunts. In spite of the fact that the foreman knew trucks were to be sent on the line on which the men were working he took no steps to warn or protect them although they could not see the trucks coming owing to the curve of the line and the locomotive driver could not see them.
