Inspection made and inquest attended. When taking an iron water tub attached to a mangle downbrow, the rope got fast on the windlass when deceased went in front of the tub to give slack rope, the rope somehow got uncoupled and he got crushed by the tub against a step in the roof. He expired November 3rd, 1906.
