Deceased, when about to assist a putter to push a loaded tub up a slight rise fell over and died shortly afterwards without recovering consciousness. There was nothing unusual about the place and deceased had not actually commenced to push the tub when he collapsed. An inquest was held after a post-mortem examination at which four doctors were present and one of them gave evidence that they all agreed that death was due to failure of the heart’s action and so the jury found.
