Whilst preparing a place to turn full dirt tubs over he knocked out a prop and was caught by a fall of roof 8.5 feet by 34 feet by 20 inches. The fall came from between two converging slips, one of which could be seen before the fall took place. He was not an experienced man, but had signed on as a skilled miner The prop ought not to have been disturbed.
