Inspection made and inquest attended. Four men were set to stop 10 railway waggons three went to apply the brakes and deceased tried to sprag a wheel with a five foot prop. He did not get it in the wheel properly and it sprung round and knocked the deceased under the waggon and he was run over and fatally injured. Died the same day.
