Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased was pushing a waggon when two other waggons, adjoining the one they had taken away came along unawares, crushing the deceased between the buffers. They had placed a piece of wood in front of the two waggons against the front wheel and the brakes were said to have down but were not in proper order.
