Deceased was in charge of a pony pulling empty tubs inbye from a landing, when some full tubs which bad just reached the landing ran amain inbye the landing declined inbye 1.25 inches to the yard and he was killed. The accident was due to great carelessness. The landing lad, after putting in lockers to hold the full tubs, took off the day before coupling to the standing full tubs which were securely moored. The safety switch provided to prevent this accident, had not been in working order for three weeks.
