- Deceased was bringing out a full tub when it got off the way. Whilst some workmen assisted to put the tub back on to the rails, deceased took bold of the pony's head to prevent it from moving. After the tub halt been placed upon the rails, deceased stood to one side to allow the pony to pass him, hut owing to insufficient width between the tub and the side he was fatally crushed.
