Deceased and another man were detaching a loaded tub from one cuddy chain preparatory to attaching it to another to lower it further downhill. Deceased was in front of the tub, and for some reason the stop block provided was not used, and the tub overpowered hue, jammed him against the roof, and suffocated him.
