Died 12th June. The horse under deceased's charge was drawing a waggon into a coal shed when deceased tripped suddenly and fell causing also another driver who was with him to fall each man had his left leg broken by the waggon passing over it. Blood poisoning supervened in deceased's case and he was taken to Newcastle Infirmary on 7th June, and his leg was amputated but he died five days after the operation.
