Deceased was clearing up at the coal face, where the holing had been done by a mechanical coalcutter, when a piece of top coal three feet six inches by one foot eight inches by one foot six inches to two feet, fell from between long sprags set six feet apart. There was a shorter sprag in between, but the fall came from above it.
