Deceased was putting a rail on a tram when the horse moves on and the rail slipped and it was said struck deceased in the stomach. He worked an extra shift that day and the whole of the next week in which he did a good deal of overtime. He was afterwards taken ill with vomiting blood and died of a fit Dec. 10th.
