Deceased stood at the outer end of a tram, that had been tumbled on its side to allow the full tram to pass out. The empty had not been tumbled clear of the road, so the full tram struck it pushed it outwards, and crushed deceased against a pest. He was injured so seriously that he died on the follow day.
