Inspection made and inquest attended. The man in charge of the erecting of the hauling engine fixed the two legged derrick with a rope fastened to the railway metals and another rope around the chimney of the smithy when the wheel about a ton weight was being lifted the chimney gave way and the wheel came over crushing the deceased. He succumbed to the injuries received at the infirmary the same night.
