Inspection made and inquest attended. Whilst assisting to remove a large fall in the haulage downbrow a small sharp stone struck the deceased on the head falling from the roof above a distance of sixteen feet. The fall having come from between two breaks capping three bars. He succumbed to the injuries received the following day.
