Inspection made and inquest attended. After lifting the lever of jig brake, and finding the journey did not start, he left his lever and went to push at the tubs, and failed to get back in time, as it was a short jig, and he got crushed by the empty set of tubs. The jigger’s assistant was absent a short time when the accident occurred.
