Bernard Hill died in India in April, 1910, aged 31.
He studied at the Royal School of Mines, where he obtained an Associateship in Mining in 1904. On leaving the College, he entered the service of the Egyptian Mines and Exploration Co., and in 1905 was appointed manager of the Bellevue Mining Co., California. In 1909, he was in British Guiana, and in January, 1910, was appointed assistant underground agent at the Ooregum Mine, Mysore, India.
Mr. Hill was admitted to Studentship of the Institution in 1901, and was transferred to Associateship in 1907.
